An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)
is included as a required document in your Home Information Pack. There's no
additional charge for your EPC if you're purchasing a HIP.

Because in order to complete the EPC, one of our energy assessors will need
to pop round to look at the features of the property that affect it's energy
efficiency. We'd like to give you as much information as we can about the
